We hosted our first short-term rental guest back in 2016 when the Breeders Cup was held in Lexington, KY. This one-time hosting experience quickly turned into our primary residence and our first full-time short-term rental. From there, we grew a passion for hosting families and visitors to our town.

In 2019, we decided to jump head first into the STR business by acquiring additional properties and began our property management business. Our vision is to continue to grow our portfolio throughout the Midwest while coaching other investors through our co-hosting and consulting services.
